General

How can I register?
You can register online via the user area.

What is included in my registration?
On day(s) registered, you have access to all plenary, oral and visual sessions of the EU PVSEC Conference Programme. You further have access to EU PVSEC Parallel Events on day(s) registered, as well as to the EU PVSEC Industry Summit, the Industry Showrooms, Networking Options, access to on-demand recordings and free access to Conference Proceedings 2021 right after publication.

Can I register more than one person?
Yes, please login with your e-mail address. Within the online registration process, you will have the possibility to register a multiple number of delegates. You can also change the debtor contact person and/or the billing address and ask for an invoice in advance.

Invoicing

Can I receive an invoice before payment?
You can ask for an invoice within the online registration process before payment via the “request invoice button”. It will be sent to the debtor contact person per e-mail. The debtor contact person automatically is the registered person, as long as no other contact person is indicated.


Why do I have to pay VAT (value added tax) for my participation in the Conference?
The Conference fees include German VAT according to the German value-added tax law. Conference fees have to be invoiced with the VAT of the country, in which the service is provided (in this case: Germany).

Is there a group booking discount?
Yes, we offer booking discounts for groups starting as small as 5 persons.

Discounts are available within Early Bird or Regular registration periods.

The indicated debtor contact person will have access to all related invoices and accreditations of the participants. Invoices will be sent via e-mail to the debtor contact person only, accreditations will be sent via e-mail both to the debtor contact person and to the participant.


Payment

How can I pay my registration?
You can pay immediately within your online registration process or at a later point in time after receiving your invoice. Please use the “request invoice button” to ask for an invoice in advance. (see invoicing for more details) Make sure to respect the payment deadlines!

You can pay via credit card (VISA and Master cards are accepted) or per bank transfer.

Documents for Participants

Where can I find my invoice, accreditation and my letter of attendance?
All relevant documents are ready for download in your user area, in the tab “Downloads”.
The invoice will be available after successful payment or after requesting an invoice in advance.
The accreditation will only be available after full payment of the registration fee.
The letter of attendance will be available right after the EU PVSEC.

 

Participant Change

I fully registered for the EU PVSEC but I am now prevented to participate. Can I transfer my registration to another person?
A registered participant, unable to attend the Conference, may indicate a substitute participant by e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. This service is free of charge. The new registrant will receive a personalised accreditation (after full payment). The original invoice cannot be changed.

 

 

*Student Fee:
To qualify for the reduced student fee, it is obliged to upload one of the following original documents during the registration process:
(a) Original and valid student I.D. card indicating the date of validity
or
(b) An original, personalised letter signed by the head of the relevant university or institutional department providing the full-time student status.

The organiser is not in the position to grant access to the EU PVSEC 2021 as registered student without one of those documents.

The student fee is also applicable for PhD students. Full time students only, maximum age 35.
