Abstracts (1 page + up to 3 explanatory pages) shall be written in English and must include the following sections addressing:

  • Aim and approach used
  • Scientific innovation and relevance
  • Results or preliminary results and conclusions

Authors also need to provide:

  • Applicable topic and sub-topic number (e.g. 1.2) and a brief justification of the choice of subtopic to assist the evaluation process.
  • Full paper title
  • Full name, affiliation, address, e-mail and phone of one author for all correspondence
  • For all other authors, full name, affiliation and e-mail

The total length should not be more than four A4 pages.

Detailed instructions on how to prepare and submit your abstract are given in the “Abstract Submission Guidelines”. Please read these instructions carefully.

Only abstracts complying with the "Abstract Submission Guidelines" can be considered. Please Note

  • Conference Proceedings: EU PVSEC proceedings have been published since 1992 and have a high reputation in the sector. All submitted papers of plenary, oral and visual presentations will subject to an editorial review process and published online on the EU PVSEC Proceedings website. The proceedings are indexed by INSPEC.
  • Citability of Papers: Papers in the conference proceedings are coded by a digital identifier (DOI code) provided by the German National Library of Science and Technology. This guarantees an unequivocal and permanent identification and citability.
