Munich, 2 September 2011 – The 26th European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition (26th EU PVSEC), starting on Monday, 5 September 2011, announces that the Minister of Environment, Energy and Climate Change of the Hellenic Republic, George Papaconstantinou, speaks at the EU PVSEC Opening on Monday, 5 September 2011, at 10:30 in the CCH Congress Center in Hamburg, Germany. Minister Papaconstantinou will outline the HELIOS project, a large scale solar installation planned for Greece.
