A – Abstracts

The deadline for submitting Abstracts for the 25th EU PVSEC / WCPEC-5 was the 30 January 2010. All information about the Conference subjects and detailed guidelines for the abstract submission can be found in the Call for Papers.

 

 

C – Conference

The five-day Conference (6-10 September 2010) comprises Plenary Lectures, Oral and Poster Presentations, Workshops, Fora and Contact Events on specific PV issues.

The currency in Spain is the EURO.

D – Delivery of Manuscripts

There will be a special counter on-site during the Conference for the delivery of manuscripts to be published in the Proceedings.

E – Exhibition

The EU PVSEC Exhibition constitutes a unique and cost effective way for reaching a wide clientele. In the Exhibition you will find international manufacturers of PV modules and components, manufacturers of production equipment, PV system companies and distributors, PV installation companies, utilities as well as end users. The duration of the Exhibition is 4 days (6-9 September 2010).

L – Language

The official language used throughout the Conference will be English.

 

 

I – Instructions / Notes for Authors

All authors will be notified of the decision of the Programme Committee. Authors of accepted Abstracts will receive special instructions for the preparation of the final papers for the Proceedings.

P – Proceedings

All full paying participants (except student fee) will receive the Conference Proceedings free of charge after the Conference. Even if you do not attend, payment of the registration fee will guarantee you a copy of the Proceedings.  R Registration fot the Conference

Participants wishing to attend the Conference are encouraged to register in advance and as early as possible in order to benefit from lower registration fees. Please note that access to the Conference activities, Conference Dinner, Exhibition and EU PVSEC Parallel Events might become subject to availability.

If you would like to register for the Conference, we recommend using the convenient Online Registration Form in the new User Area.
For those participants who would like to register via fax or mail, the Registration Form is available for download.

 

 

R – Registering on Site

All participants must check in on arrival at the Conference. The detailed opening hours of the Registration Desk will be published together with the Conference Programme.

 

 

S – Students

There will be a reduced registration fee for students. Please note that the students' registration fee does neither cover the Conference Proceedings nor the Conference Dinner. To qualify for the reduced fee, students' applications must be accompanied by a copy of the valid student I.D. Card, as well as proof of age (max. 30 years at the time of the Conference).

V – Visa

Delegates must have registered and paid the required registration fees before requesting an EU PVSEC visa letter. Exhibiting companies who wish to obtain a visa letter to visit the EU PVSEC should address to WIP, the event organiser, and forward a list with the names of their staff including all further details as outlined below. To request an official letter for your visa application be sure to provide us with the requested detailed and correct information.  Please note that the organisers will not be able to contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on behalf of a delegate.
